At 12:00 p.m. (PST) today, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) released the results of the thirteenth quarterly auction of carbon allowances held jointly with the province of Quebec.
The auction was conducted on November 14. Note that the Current Auction included 16 million Vintage 2016 allowances and 63 million vintage 2017 allowances.
