At 12:00 p.m. (PST) today, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) released the results of the ninth quarterly auction of carbon allowances held jointly with the province of Quebec.
The auction was conducted on November 15. Note that the Current Auction includes Vintage 2015 AND Vintage 2016 allowances.
