At 12:00 p.m. (PST) today, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) released the results of the thirty first quarterly auction of carbon allowances held jointly with the province of Quebec.
The auction was conducted on May 18. Note that the Current Auction is comprised of allowances with multiple vintages.
