At 12:00 p.m. (PST) today, the California Air Resources Board (ARB) released the results of the eigth quarterly auction of carbon allowances held jointly with the province of Quebec.
The auction was conducted on August 16. Note that the Current Auction includes 15,773,481 allowances of 2016 vintage that were consigned to prior auctions but not sold.
